Privacy Policy 
When you browse the City of Alexandria’s website, information regarding the apparent Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), the Domain Name of your ISP, the date and time you visited the site, and related information such as web pages accessed may be collected. Personal information, such as your name, address and email address are not collected unless you choose to submit them.

The City of Alexandria does not plan to divulge personal information collected or disclosed, but it may be required to do so by the Louisiana Public Records Act (La. Revised Statutes, Title 44, Chapter 1) or other State or Federal law. Most of the records retained by the City are subject to the Public Records Law.

Security Policy
In certain instances, a user may have the opportunity to receive or create a password to access or submit personally identifiable information. Governing Law 
As provided by R.S. 9:2778, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts within Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
